Abstract Painting



In middle school, I went to an art school during school vacations. One summer I took an abstract painting class, and it was my first experimentation with paint, color, and texture. This large painting was made on a large wooden board. I first sprinkled sand and even gravel on the board, then a few dollops of white paint and spatters of lots of color.
